This was the third such pillow I ordered. In earlier ones, the zipper broke down after a couple of years of use. Perhaps to be expected. In any case, it is a solid product that does what it is supposed to do. I use it mainly for lumbar support.

I loved the product but it was not shipped on date i was promised and no one could tell me when it would get to me why it was late or if i would even get in time for my event. I finally received it 2 days before my party but it was very stressful.

I didn't think designing a throw pillow with 3 separate images & added text would result in such a nice product. It was easy to customize & turned out far better than I expected.

Zazzle provided a large selection of fonts to choose from so it was easy to find one that matched the writing in one of the image I added. And the clip art dogs were incorporated seamlessly.

It makes a great decorative pillow, and is easy to personalize for whoever you are giving it to. It's fairly firm, so it holds its shape very well, but isn't the most comfortable pillow to actually use for sleeping.

The design turned out very clear and almost exactly how it appears on the website. The only downside was the color came out darker than I expected.

It took quite quite some time to get here, but I really do love my pillow. I could make it better with a little bit of tweeking on photoshop! I'm wondering how to make those changes based on the prototype I've just received . I would love to put these for sale on your website. Thanks, Holly
