I was hesitant about inserting a picture not knowing how it would come out but it came out great. My original order got lost and the tracking number didn't work properly. I called zazzle and immediately they put in a new order for me and upgraded shipping at no cost to me so my package could arrive by the end of the week! Excellent customer service experience !!
